Dr. Phong Tran Cao earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2007, completing a residency focused on aesthetic dentistry. In 2014, he founded his own practice in Las Vegas, originally established as 5-Star Dental and since expanded into Luminae Dentistry & Facial Aesthetics in Henderson, NV. In addition to general and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Phong has completed advanced training in injectable fillers, neurotoxins, and PDO threads.

Dr. Phong lectures in the Aesthetic Dentistry Department at UCLA School of Dentistry and has co-authored several articles in professional dental publications, including Inside Dentistry. He is known among his patients as "The Smile Maker."
