    • Unauthorized repair, alteration, modification, or unapproved third-party components

    • Cosmetic damage that does not affect clinical operation

    • Loss, theft, fire, flood, or other external casualty

     

    ENROLLMENT & TERMS

     

    Eligibility: Available for registered Innobyte units in good working condition.

    Coverage decisions: Repair and replacement eligibility is confirmed by Kube Innovation based on the reported issue and, when required, inspection.

    Device-specific coverage: Tied to the registered device unless Kube Innovation approves a transfer in writing.

    Term limit: One-year coverage may be renewed annually; total PerformanceCare coverage may not exceed 3 years per device.
